An order is confirmed once payment succeeds through Razorpay and our team has verified it. Everything after payment, including delivery scheduling, changes, cancellations, and refunds, is coordinated directly with you by our team as described in the shipping and returns policy.

Fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician; our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. The site’s content, imagery, and designs belong to Vigorous Lighting. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
